For lunch and dinner, the hotel's excellent restaurant proposes a varied cuisine that is attentive to the needs of its guests. The Chef at the Hotel Talao uses the freshest first quality ingredients in a Mediterranean, national and international cuisine featuring typical recipes from Calabria and Scalea.

The staff is always at your service, proposing dedicated menus to guests who have special dietary needs (coeliac or non-allergenic diets, vegetarian or religious diets, etc.); and children are catered to with a special menu of their own.

Both lunch and dinner feature a buffet of salads, and the menu has a selection of three first courses, three second courses (of which one is always a fish dish) and two desserts. One evening is dedicated to pizza, masterfully prepared by the Chef and baked in a traditional wood burning oven.

The hotel also organizes typical lunches (certain periods in the countryside) with a demonstration of the preparation of the renowned fusilli scaleoti and other specialities of Scalea and the region of Calabria.

The restaurant at the Hotel Talao willingly also organizes banquets and receptions for events and important occasions.
